Rebecca Firth is a food writer, photographer and creator of DisplacedHousewife which was a finalist for Saveur's Best Baking and Sweets blog award. Her first book The Cookie Book was published in 2018 and featured in numerous outlets such as Good Morning AmericaGenius Kitchen, SaveurWilliams-Sonoma's Taste blog and PureWow. Her writing and recipes can also be found on Buzzfeed, Teen Vogue, Bake From Scratch, Epicurious and more.  She recently appeared on Twin Cities Live and Flour Hour podcast. She lives in Santa Ynez Valley, CA
